How do the playmats work?

Our playmats are made with three thoughtful layers. A soft cotton top for comfort, a lightly padded middle for cushioning, and a waterproof base to protect your floors.

Liquids soak into the mat instead of pooling on top, but they won’t seep through underneath. That means fewer puddles, less stress, and more freedom to play, explore, and make a mess.

Diaper-free time and little mishaps

Place the mat on the floor or wherever your baby is playing during diaper-free time, when small spills are most likely to happen.

At night, layer it over the fitted sheet so that if there is a little mishap, you can simply lift off the playmat instead of changing the whole bed.

Sensory and messy play made simple

Sensory play can be as easy as a bowl of water, cups, and a spoon. The mat gives children a safe place to pour, splash, and explore without worrying about them slipping and falling or having to manage a wet floor.

Will messy play stain the mat?

The top layer is cotton, so some paints and food colours can stain, even if they are labelled washable.

Can you use it outdoors?

Yes. The playmat is perfect for the park, the beach, and picnic days. It protects little bottoms from damp grass and sand, and shakes clean easily after use. You get all the outdoor fun without bringing half of it home.
